MyÂ鶹ÊÓƵ
is a custom-built, intranet-like application that supports faculty, and staff. Only those with an Â鶹ÊÓƵ email address may log in, and you will find employee services like campus directories, time sheets, leave reports and leave balance info, pay information and tax forms. You can also find benefits information, employee services, and other technology applications.

The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Web Team supports the www.oxy.edu website. If you need to request web editing access and training, get website content consultation or review web tutorials, please visit the Web Help website for more details.

Order Business Cards or Letterhead
Order Occidental business cards, letterhead and envelopes using our stationery request forms. We process orders on the third Friday of every month.
Professional Templates
The Office of Marketing & Communications has created a number of templates for Â鶹ÊÓƵ employees to download and use. They will help you create professional-looking material that is consistent with Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s visual identity. Templates include the Â鶹ÊÓƵ email signature, branded Google slides, event flyers and more.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ ID Card Services
Whether a student or an employee, your Â鶹ÊÓƵ ID card allows you to purchase food on campus. Read more about getting a card, loading it with money, and getting it replaced.
Timesheets and Leave Reports
For instructions on how to set up direct deposit, fill out your timesheet and x, visit our Payroll Office. You will record your leave time through MyÂ鶹ÊÓƵ.
Campus copy shop/DOCS
In addition to supporting the Ricoh copier fleet on campus, DOCS (Document Output / Creative Services) provides on-campus document creation and output services.
Work Order/Cleaning Request Forms

In addition to its storytelling efforts, the OMC can help connect you with services and assets that support the College brand and mission. We can help with logos and the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Style Guide, office templates including email signature and branded Google slides, and we send out regular newsletters to campus (students and employees) in addition to managing the Â鶹ÊÓƵ social media accounts.
Employee Parking
Campus parking permits are available free of charge and are valid for one year. Parking permits may be obtained online. Permits may be transferred to another vehicle or an additional permit may be obtained at no cost. Receipt of a parking permit does not guarantee the availability of a specific parking space on campus.
Where Can I Eat on Campus?
The Marketplace and Tiger Cooler meals are available to employees. Note that you will need to use cash or Bengal Bucks to purchase food from dining services. The Green Bean, Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s student run coffee shop, accepts cash and Bengal Bucks (NOTE: the Green Bean is closed Fall 2021). The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Bookstore also carries snacks and beverages, and accepts cash, Bengal Bucks and debit cards. There is an ATM in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Post Office available to all employees.
