What does well-being mean to you?

Well-being means taking care of all aspects of your life including physical, emotional, social, academic, spiritual, and cultural. Allowing yourself to take time and listening to what your body and mind needs is very important.

What excited you about the Peer Power Program?

I was a peer counselor in high school and I’m excited to join this team and continue to support and educate my peers at Â鶹ÊÓƵ! I’m looking forward to sharing resources and mental health tips with my peers on campus.

What’s your favorite thing about Â鶹ÊÓƵ?

My favorite thing about Â鶹ÊÓƵ is the friendly and welcoming community. I really appreciate the wide variety of opportunities (academically and in terms of extracurriculars) to engage with everyone. I also love the beautiful campus!
