Kendra Lacroix currently works as the Development Director for an art and arts education non-profit, Wassaic Project, and lives in New York. After her Junior year abroad in Rennes where she would meet her future husband, she moved back to France in 2003 following graduation from Â鶹ÊÓƵ.  She began her career in Paris and worked her way up as a customer account executive and project manager for Orange Business Services, a global integrator of communications products and services for multinational corporations. In her role, she was able to navigate language and cultural boundaries by being bilingual. This job brought her and her husband stateside to New York City in 2006. After fourteen years at Orange and in the spirit of adventure, she quit her career and moved with her husband and three children to Indonesia for a two-year sabbatical. During this time, she worked at the Lycee Francais in Jakarta, enjoying the bilingual and bicultural environment and spending time with her children. In March 2020, the family moved back to New York and currently lives in the Hudson Valley. The family are all dual citizens and she recently had the pleasure of voting in her first French election.
